Assisted in identifying phasing for roadway improvements at “Lincoln 270 Commercial Center” adjacent to the State Route 65 interchange at Twelve Bridges Drive. The analysis addressed existing conditions associated with the 58-acre retail portion of the overall 270-acre project.
