Finn Access and Circulation Study Folsom, CA Conducted the traffic impact and on-line circulation, analysis of this multi-use development which includes both office and high trip-generating commercial land uses.Access to the site from anadjacent, busy city street was a key project issue.

State Route 36 Widening Traffic Impact Analysis Lassen County, CA Preparation of the traffic impact analysis for the widening of this road from 2 to 4 lanes including the expansion of two intersections (which involved modifications to two traffic signals).

Laguna Village Shopping Center Elk Grove, CA Preparation of the traffic impact analysis for this 16 acre shopping center which includes two fast-food establishments, two sit-down restaurants, a 40,000 square foot grocery store, a 24 Hour Fitness facility, and a 12 screen United Artist’s theater.

Thunder Valley Gaming Facility Placer County, CA Prepared the parking planning and traffic impact analysis for this proposed casino in southern Placer County, including driveway access and potential signalization of various adjacent intersections.

Shasta, CA Preparation of a "Fast-Track" feasibility study, alternatives analysis, and traffic impact study for a wide variety of transportation improvements in downtown Mt. Shasta including median installation, a new traffic signal, and a traffic signal modification.

Sacramento Convention Center Parking Demand Analysis Sacramento, CA Preparation of a detailed analysis of the parking demand expected in conjunction with the expansion of the City’s Convention Center. The traffic impacts of different types of events and various levels of activity were examined as part of the analysis.

Rocklin High School Traffic Impact Study Rocklin, CA Preparation of the traffic analysis for this 2,000 student high school including the analysis of both near-term and future traffic impacts, parking demand analysis, and design of the campus parking lots.

Stanford Ranch Traffic Impact and Circulation Study Rocklin, CA Prepared the traffic impact and circulation study for forecasting of long-term transportation infrastructure needs of the Stanford Ranch Master Planned Community.

Home Depot Retail Center Traffic Analysis Sacramento, CA Preparation of a traffic impact analysis for a 130,000 square foot Home Depot store at the intersection of Meadowview Road/ Freeport Boulevard. Both off-site traffic impacts and on-site circulation were evaluated.

Broadstone Plaza Parking Demand Study Folsom, CA Hour-by-hour analysis of parking demand at this "power center" in the City of Folsom, including potential impacts of cinema-generated parking demand on the other tenants of the center.
