Folsom, CA
Conducted the traffic impact and on-line circulation, analysis
of this multi-use development which includes both office
and high trip-generating commercial land uses.Access to the
site from anadjacent, busy city street was a key project
issue.

Preparation of a detailed analysis of the parking demand

Preparation of the traffic analysis for this 2,000 student
high school including the analysis of both near-term and future
traffic impacts, parking demand analysis, and design of the
