Provided transportation planning services for the preparation of Alternatives Analysis and Feasibility Study for the development of bicycle, equestrian, and pedestrian pathways in Plumas County.
Finn Access and Circulation Study
Folsom, CA

Conducted the traffic impact and on-line circulation, analysis of this multi-use development which includes both office and high trip-generating commercial land uses.Access to the site from anadjacent, busy city street was a key project issue.
State Route 36 Widening Traffic Impact Analysis
Lassen County, CA


Preparation of the traffic impact analysis for the widening of this road from 2 to 4 lanes including the expansion of two intersections (which involved modifications to two traffic signals).

Preparation of a detailed analysis of the parking demand expected in conjunction with the expansion of the City’s Convention Center. The traffic impacts of different types of events and various levels of activity were examined as part of the analysis.
