Provided engineering design for this eight-acre, light-industrial complex. As the site had major topographic constraints, many preliminary versions of the site plan were developed for review and approval by the developer and city staff. In addition, access to the site was a major issue and, as a result, an in-bound left-turn pocket was cut into an existing median.
