"Fast-Track" Project Study Report for the widening of 2 miles of State Route 36, including bridge widenings, lengthening of two box culverts, and modifications to two signalized intersections.
Plaza Drive Widening Project Study Report
Visalia, CA


Prepared the "Fast-Track" Project Study Report for the widening of Plaza Drive from 2 to 4 lanes, including the modification of the Plaza Drive/State Route 198 interchange.
Bieber Lookout Road Resurfacing Project Study Report
Lassen County, CA


Fast-track Project Study Report, design services, and a full plans, specifications and estimate package for the resurfacing of 5 miles of Bieber Lookout Road.
Coast Village Road Project Study Report
Santa Barbara, CA


Fast-track Project Study Report, for the installation of a round about at the Olive Mill Drive intersection with Coast Village Road and State Route 101.
Union Valley Parkway at SR 101 Project Study Report
Santa Maria, CA


"Fast-track" Project Study Report for a new interchange at Highway 101. The study examined 21 alternative alignments, including both undercrossing and overcrossing options.
County Road A-1 Project Study Report
Lassen County, CA


Prepared the Project Study Report for County Road A-1 in Lassen County. The study of this 14 mile long roadway in the pristine Eagle Lake area examined many roadway alignments to bypass the summit of the mountain.
Academy Avenue Alignment Study
Fresno, CA


Conducted an alignment study to evaluate alignment and widening alternatives along this nine-mile project to determine the most appropriate scenario for each segment.

Los Carneros Widening Project Study Report

Goleta, CA


Prepared the "fast-track" Project Study Report for the widening
of this structure to increase the capacity of the State Route 101/ Los Carneros Road southbound ramp terminal intersection.
Mojave Drive Widening at Interstate 15 Project Report
Victorville, CA


Prepared a combined Project Study Report/Project Report for the widening of Mojave Drive at Interstate 15 to provide additional capacity at the Mojave Drive interchange.
Lemen Avenue Realignment Study
Woodland, CA


Conducted the Alternatives Analysis, and developed the conceptual design, for the realignment of Lemen Avenue on both its east and west ends.

"Fast-track" Project Study Report for the widening of 8.5 miles of this roadway in rural Lassen County. The project examined various roadway alignments and widening options.
SR 65/North Grand Ave Project Study Report
Porterville, CA


Prepared the "Fast-Track" Project Study Report for a new grade-separated interchange which examined many structure types, including a pre-cast, prestressed concrete slab alternative.
