Mrs. Ann C. Olson, C.E., T.E., P.T.O.E. – President Mrs. Olson has 25 years of civil engineering experience in the planning, design and construction of transportation projects. As President and Senior Civil Project Engineer, she manages the preparation of roadway designs, intersection modifications, Project Study Reports, alignment studies, and transportation plans. Mrs. Olson is a registered Civil Engineer and Traffic Engineer in the State of California, Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada, and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Her professional activities include being a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (having been involved at the Local, District, and International levels) and the California Transportation Foundation (where she currently serves as Chairperson). In addition to her professional activities, Mrs. Olson is very involved in her community. She is a former Member and President of the Ophir Elementary School District Board of Trustees, very involved in youth sports, and currently teaches Sunday School and leads a group of Pioneer Girls at Sonrise Church in Auburn.

Mr. Ronald L. Rivett, P.E. - Principal Mr. Rivett has 35 years experience in bridge and transportation design and project management. He worked with the FHWA for 16 years, where he designed over 30 bridges. As a Principal and Senior Bridge Project Engineer, he manages a wide variety of bridge design projects, including new and modified interchanges, railroad grade separations, pedestrian structures, and bridges over waterways. Mr. Rivett is very active in his professional community having been involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers and Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California. In addition, he is a member of the American Public Works Association, and the County Engineers Association of California. Mr. Rivett is also very involved in his community, especially with Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church. He has served as a Church Elder, Sunday School Teacher, and an Engaged Couples Leader. He also spent many years as a little league baseball coach in the Sunrise Little League, and a soccer coach in the Sunrise Soccer League.
