MRO Engineers provides multi-disciplinary services including the planning, funding, design, and construction management of transportation projects. We also provide a full range of site development and traffic engineering services. All of our project managers have worked in or with local agencies and have experience making presentations to public Boards and Commissions, speaking at public workshops, and addressing the general public’s concerns during project development. We are familiar with the myriad of local, state, and federal funding mechanisms (including the State Transportation Improvement Program and the Federal Highway Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program) and have worked with many local agencies to acquire funds for their projects.
