Capital Village Mixed-Use Development

Rancho Cordova, California

Land planning and civil engineering services for a 117-acre mixed-use town center development in the heart of the City of Rancho Cordova. An enhanced water quality basin, sewer, and drainage collection system was also designed and incorporated into the project.

River Oaks Residential Development

Sacramento, California

Land planning and civil engineering design for a new 80-acre mixed density residential development in the City of Sacramento. A club house, 10 acres of parks, bike trails and open space, a water quality/park feature, and three different residential products, totaling 654 single-family lots were included in the development.

Natomas Field Mixed-Use Development

Sacramento, California

Land-use planning and civil engineering services for a new 100-acre mixed-use development in the City of Sacramento. The project included 2.5 acres of commercial/retail space, 10 acres of parks, trails and open space, and four different residential products mixed throughout the site, totaling 805 single-family lots.

Coventry Residential Development

Elk Grove, California

Land-use planning and civil engineering services for a new 141 unit development in the City of Elk Grove. In addition to single-family homes, the project included trails, open space, and a detention basin to accommodate on-site flows. Coordination with Union Pacific Railroad was necessary to account for drainage onto the adjacent railroad right-of-way.
